3. Orders
3.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3.3 Upon placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledgment. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order.
3.4 A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by email that the Goods you ordered have been dispatched to you.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 All prices on the Website are in GBP (£) and include VAT at the current rate unless otherwise stated.
4.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

5. Delivery
5.1 We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed and national holidays may impact delivery.
5.2 We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any delay in delivery.
5.3 Ownership of the Goods will pass to you once we have received full payment and the Goods have been delivered to you.
5.4 Digital products will be made available by a download link. These links will display in your account and will also be emailed to the email address you are purchasing with.
5.5 Some of Youth Scotland’s Awards products are provided with an expiration date. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that products are used prior to any such expiration occurs.
6. Cancellation and Returns
6.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Goods. To cancel, you must inform us in writing or via email.
6.2 If you cancel your order, you must return the Goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of cancellation. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Goods.
6.3 Once we have received the returned Goods, we will refund the price you paid for the Goods within 14 days.
6.4 Faulty or damaged Goods can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. You must notify us of the fault within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Please contact us for return instructions.
7. Liability
7.1 We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or the purchase of Goods.
7.2 Our total liability to you in respect of all other losses arising under or in connection with the purchase of Goods, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Goods.
